La Gola Tavern
What is it?
This tiny bar with a hole in the wall and colourful tiles (also known as Alvarito Peregil after its owner) is a nice place to enjoy a glass of chilled orange wine on a balmy evening. (If you can't get in, they have a larger bar next door).
Why go?
The house speciality here is the sweet orange wine, especially after a day of sightseeing in the Sevillian heat. Combine it with a montadito de pringá, a piece of baguette with a topping of slow-cooked meat.
